We cannot guarantee the weather, but we can guarantee your comfort, come and see for yourselves. When you arrive the beds are made, the table is laid,flowers, fruit,wine, milk, tea and coffee all awaiting you, and all in the tariff, including electricity (NO METER TO FEED!)
This holiday home has no stars, no crowns no rosettes, keys, puffins or any other gimmicks, it's just a great little place!

During the season the change overs are on Mondays.
Our address is;
'Avoca', Hospital Lane, St Mary's,
Isles of Scilly, TR21 0LQ'
Tremellyn Vean is facing to the North West, and is on the ground floor of the old house of Tremellyn. Although it is not part of the national grading scheme, it is fitted out to a very high standard. We care for the property ourselves, so we do not employ an agency.
The apartment consists of a good sized lounge/dinning room, bedroom, kitchen and shower room.
The fine view from the longe is out across the garden towards the quay and beyond to the islands of Samson, Bryher and the Northern Rocks (called No'rad locally!).
The bedrooom can be made up with a twin or double bedded arrangement. We provide all the linen except for beach towels.
The kitchen is compact but has all that is necessary in the way of cooker (state of the art ceramic hob with touch switching), microwave/grill, refridgerator etc.
In the newly refurbished lounge, you will find leather reclining arm chairs, free to view LCD wall mounted T.V, vidio/DVD - CD player and radio.
All the furnishing is good quality, as is the glassware, china and cutlery.
Telephone 01720 422656 and ask for Liz.
